Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
- Drive individual and team sales through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools.
- Capture customer information and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies.
- Support team training, coaching, store initiatives, and a positive work environment.
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and coworker relationships.
- Ability to use digital selling tools and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
