BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/OFFICE ASSISTANT IN KLAMATH FALLS

The opportunity:

Full-Time position, Monday through Friday Pay commensurate with experience

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Account payable, payroll, bookkeeping and general accounting

General ledger and preparation of basic financial reports

Reconciliations and audits

Prepares accounting statements and reports

Office assistant, secretarial duties, such as but not limited to: typing, data entry, database maintenance, filing, customer service, etc.

Desired Education and

Skills:

Self-motivated accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience with Quick Books software, preferably Quickbooks Desktop Quick Books  certification and experience

Fluent with Excel spreadsheets, MS Word, and accounting

Must be detail-oriented and have excellent verbal, writing, and people skills

Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of accounting, as well as the items listed under "Duties" above, is required

Three years' experience in accounting or a two-year degree in accounting will be considered
