* Candidate Requirements:
* * DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school

* Certificate from an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program (preferred)

* Active Oregon Dental License or ability to obtain

* Nitrous oxide permit and sedation certification

* CPR, DEA, and other applicable certifications

* At least 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry (preferred)
