Candidate Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Certificate from an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program (preferred)
- Active Oregon Dental License or ability to obtain
- Nitrous oxide permit and sedation certification
- CPR, DEA, and other applicable certifications
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry (preferred)
