Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine) - Klamath Falls, OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing preventive medicine and patient education.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as appropriate.

• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice development.

• Minimal call responsibilities with limited inpatient involvement unless preferred.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Valid medical license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Oregon.

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

• Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
