Available Positions: We are seeking to fill an Occupational Therapist (OT) opening in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Compensation: We offer highly competitive wages depending on experience, performance, and training, ranging from $83k-$105k annually.

Full-time Occupational Therapist: $83K - $105K DOE
Job Purpose or
Summary:
Provides differential diagnosis for patients with functional disorders, including writing reports to contracted facilities and patients’ physicians. Plans, organizes, and conducts therapy programs in hospital, institutional, or community settings to help rehabilitate those impaired due to illness, injury, psychological, or developmental problems.
Assists patients, families, and restorative personnel in obtaining information relative to specific disorders while in rehabilitation settings to facilitate patient recovery. Interacts regularly with the rehabilitation team and nursing staff regarding patients’ treatment plans, progress, and prognosis.
Evaluates patients’ progress and prepares reports detailing progress. Ensures all required written documentation is completed and timely.
Tests and evaluates patients’ physical and mental abilities, analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides differential diagnosis for patients with functional disorders, including written reports to contracted facilities and patients’ physicians.
- Establishes and carries out treatment programs based on diagnostic information to meet patients’ activity of daily living needs.
- Assists patients, families, and restorative personnel in obtaining information relative to specific disorders while in rehabilitation settings to facilitate patient recovery.
- Interacts regularly with the rehabilitation team and nursing staff regarding patients’ treatment plans, progress, and prognosis.
- Maintains good rapport with administrative and restorative nursing personnel in all facilities.
- Ensures all required written documentation is completed and timely.
- Submits logs and billing information on a timely basis.
- Reports problem areas within each facility to the appropriate supervisor immediately.
- Complies with the State Licensing Board.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Licensure/Certification:
Must have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Occupational Therapy or a related degree plus 5 years of experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Occupational Therapy or a related degree with no experience. Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist for the State of Oregon.
