Position: Clinical Supervisor (Home Support Director)

Clinical Supervisor (Home Support Director)

Salary: 1 FTE $65,000 - $90,000 salary DOE (Klamath Falls, OR)

Report to: COO

The Clinical Supervisor will provide on-site supervision of management staff, oversee daily operations of the YR House in Klamath County, and collaborate with schools and community partners to promote youth services. The role involves supervising clinical staff, managing program goals, documentation, licensing, and reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting the creation of individualized youth action plans. The Supervisor will also manage micro-budget, employee scheduling, and supportive resources for youth and families.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Department heads, Management, and support staff to foster a culture of positivity and excellence
  • Coordinate trainings for personal development and workforce development
  • Assist youth in identifying and attending other support services, resources, or opportunities
  • Provide youth with assistance in developing natural supports
  • Assist youth in creating long-term life goals known as life assignments
  • Utilize and assist youth in gaining problem-solving skills
  • Oversee on-site program goals, documentation, licensing, and reporting
  • Navigate and manage tracking systems for youth development
  • Create and manage a database of community partners
  • Assure compliance with established onsite and concurrent review, case management, referral, pre-certification and authorization policies, procedures and processes
  • Assure compliance with emergency management policies, procedures and processes
  • Facilitate ongoing communication between case management staff, utilization management staff and contracted providers
  • Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners
  • Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with community and sector representatives
  • Oversee the scheduling and facilitating meetings with agendas and notes
  • Attend and enforce all training requirements and Oregon State guidelines
  • MUST be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, Google Platform, email, computer and technology use (5+)
  • Reporting, in-kind tracking for grant reporting periods (quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
  • Four core measures compliance and seven strategies
  • Tracking measures for reporting in kind date reporting
  • Provide meaningful training resources for coalition members, staff, and youth
  • Incumbent is legally required to report all suspected incidents of child abuse/neglect
  • 20 % travel within the community is required
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work with a minimum of two years clinical experience
  • Independent license to practice as an LCSW in Oregon
  • Experience providing evidence-based services to clients presenting with co-occurring substance use, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress symptoms
  • A commitment to developing a multicultural orientation in monthly team meetings and beyond
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
  • Experience working with youth, individuals or families in need of crisis intervention preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; must pass background check
  • Experience with community contacts, coordination, collaboration, and reporting
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of community coalitions and strategic prevention framework a plus
  • Strong experience preparing reports and data collection
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Minimum 2+ years of behavioral health and office work
  • Supervision of staff experience
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Universal precautions
  • Discipline and behavior management

Position type & schedule: FTE (40 h/week) Monday-Friday with weekend on call throughout the year. Irregular hours, evenings, or weekends. Opportunity for advancement.
