General Position Summary
Performs professional correctional and program casework; supervising and managing activities of adult felony offenders for the corrections department. This position involves the participation and application of program goals and objectives to promote a strengths-based, wellness informed, client centered approach to assist individuals in achieving their goals.

Education, Certification & Experience- QMHA or a Bachelor’s degree and ability to certify as a QMHA within one year of hire date
- Oregon Driver's License
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, and LEDS or ability to obtain within one year of hire date

Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Mathematical

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, with a wage range of $27.00 - $35.14 per hour. The pay range listed here reflects the FULL pay range for this position for the current fiscal year. Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.
