Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Klamath Falls, OR

Shift Information:

• Day shift, Monday through Friday (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Description:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and assistive device use
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Uphold patient confidentiality and quality of care

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekends
