The Operations Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day administrative operations of the Oregon Tech Foundation and the Oregon Tech University Development Office. This role is instrumental in the ability and success of those fundraising on behalf of the university by overseeing gift receipting, donor acknowledgement, accurate and timely records and reporting, event planning, program management, system utilization, and financial records and activities.
This role is responsible for the successful execution of the Foundation’s programs, reporting, tax-exempt status, audit and system support.
The Operations Manager will serve as the de facto manager for all planned giving platforms, estate gifts, legal questions related to estate gifts, and gift management. Supervise human resource updates for all position descriptions. Working with the VPUA, manage timely evaluations for all development and foundation staff. Manage the Foundation website, giving page and gift recognition program. Supervise database, accounting, and gift stewardship personnel.
