Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) – Full‑Time (NOCS)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): administer medications to residents per physician orders, refill and clean stock cart, ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and state requirements, and perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN): provide quality nursing care and leadership, direct day‑to‑day functions of Nursing Assistants, plan shift services, programs and activities in collaboration with nursing staff and support personnel.

• Licensed RN or LPN in the appropriate state
• Preferred experience in a healthcare setting with geriatric population (not required)
• Strong computer skills for electronic medical records system
