Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)
- Hourly:$25/hr W2 + $900/week (non - taxable stipend)
- Gross:$1,800/weekly

Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med/Surg provides direct patient care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical conditions. This role supports RNs and physicians by delivering routine nursing care, monitoring patient status, administering medications, and ensuring safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, IV therapy (as permitted), and prescribed treatments per orders.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition to the RN/physician.
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and post-operative support.
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans.
- Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Required Qualifications:
- Active LPN license of OR.
- ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE (required)
- BLS
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience.
- EPIC experience.
