Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its outpatient nurse clinic. The LPN will perform delegated nursing tasks, including lab draws, immunizations, wound care, and other protocol-based care under supervision of an RN or licensed provider.
Qualifications include an Oregon LPN license, BLS, and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program. Indian Preference applies; may be required to obtain ACLS within 180 days.
