Job Description Summary Our gorgeous Crystal Terrace community is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team of Senior Living warriors!

Pay: $110,000 to $120,000/year + $5,000 Sign-on or Relocation Bonus

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, on-call as needed

Job Summary:

The Director of Health Services (DHS) leads the overall implementation of clinical health and wellness services in the community. The DHS serves as a liaison between families, hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other related service agencies to provide quality care to MBK Senior Living residents. The DHS collaborates with the Director of Sales and the Executive Director (ED) to set the stage for MBK Senior Living to become the senior living provider of choice.

Additionally, the DHS is responsible for coordinating care with outside agencies, communicating with families, managing a clinical team, and developing personalized plans of care for residents’ needs, then communicating them to the care team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Interview, hire, train, set performance goals and timelines, monitor performance, and provide coaching for Medication Technicians.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct and coordinate assessments/evaluations of potential residents and make recommendations for admission in accordance with current rules, regulations, and community policies and procedures.

Conduct and/or approve routinely scheduled re-assessments and change of condition assessments promptly.
