Pay: $110,000 to $120,000/year + $5,000 Sign-on or Relocation Bonus

* Job Summary:

** The Director of Health Services (DHS) leads the overall implementation of clinical health and wellness services in the community. The DHS serves as a liaison between families, hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other related service agencies to provide quality care to MBK Senior Living residents. The DHS collaborates with the Director of Sales and the Executive Director (ED) to set the stage for MBK Senior Living to become the senior living provider of choice.

Additionally, the DHS is responsible for coordinating care with outside agencies, communicating with families, managing a clinical team, and developing personalized plans of care for residents’ needs, then communicating them to the care team.
