Equipment Operator – Logging & Chipping
Green Diamond | Klamath Falls, Oregon

You know the equipment. You know the woods. Come run with a crew that works as hard as you do.

You’ve put in the seat time, and you know what a productive, safe day looks like. At Green Diamond, you’ll put that experience to work on our forestland outside Klamath Falls, running the equipment behind our logging and chipping operations. You’ll work alongside people who respect the skill it takes.

Operate ground-based logging and chipping equipment, using your experience with one or more of the following: skidders, dozers, road graders, wheel loaders, log processors, log loaders, rubber‑tire shears/hot saws, track feller bunchers, and chippers. If there's a machine you haven't run yet, you'll have the chance to add it

Keep your equipment running at its best with routine inspections, preventive maintenance and cleaning. You'll know when something isn't right and flag it for repair.

Use your judgment to make quick decisions, read hazards around moving equipment, and keep the operation safe.

Set priorities and handle several tasks at once in a fast‑paced operation where conditions change.

Your office is the forest. You’ll work on working forestland in southern Oregon, with fresh air, big views, and a full day's production to show for it.

A crew that knows its stuff. You’ll work with seasoned operators and supervisors who value experience, trust each other, and take safety seriously. It's the kind of team where your know-how is respected and your input counts.

Work that lasts. Green Diamond manages its forests for the long term, and skilled operators like you are a big part of keeping these lands healthy and productive.

A career, not just a job. You can broaden your skills on more equipment and build a long‑term future in forestry.
