AMAG Retail in Kloten ZH sucht eine empathische Serviceberaterin/ einen empathischen Serviceberater (m/w/d) 80-100% zur Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Sie begrüßen Gäste am Empfang, betreuen Anfragen telefonisch und persönlich und arbeiten eng mit dem Verkaufsteam sowie der Werkstatt zusammen, um eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicherzustellen.
Sie erstellen Offerten, prüfen Fahrzeuge auf Sauberkeit und Vollständigkeit und tragen so zu einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung bei.
