• You support acquisition, analyze tenders and decide together with the management on participation.
• You coordinate and prepare quotation calculations/devises based on tenders, on behalf of the division managers or at the request of the construction managers.
• Committed and forward-thinking, you ensure smooth cooperation with the construction managers and support them efficiently.
• With your innovative strength, you optimize and centralize purchasing and ensure lean processes.
• You promote digitalization in your area of responsibility for the further development of the company.
• You will loyally support the management and division heads, represent the company and build up a trusting network of relevant decision-makers in B2B.

• With your affinity for costing, you are ideally a gardener and landscape gardener EFZ, horticultural technician HF, senior gardener FA or have further training in construction management.
• Reliable and entrepreneurial, you have many years of experience as an estimator or site manager in civil engineering or horticulture.
• As a solution-oriented and assertive team player, you enjoy advising and negotiating and communicate respectfully and professionally at all levels.
• A good command of German and the confident use of common software round off your profile. Experience with Aba Bau would be an advantage.
