dnata Switzerland AG sucht eine motivierte Resource Planning Specialist / Analystin 100% zur Verstärkung des Planning-Teams am Flughafen Zürich oder Genf. Sie entwickeln kurz- und mittelfristige Personal- und Ausrüstungspläne, forecasten Bedarf und passen Pläne bei Volumenveränderungen an.
Sie erstellen Dienstpläne, überwachen Abweichungen und maximieren die Auslastung, arbeiten eng mit operativen Abteilungen zusammen und unterstützen Change-Prozesse sowie die Einführung neuer Planungstools.
