Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und personelle Führung des IT Business Applications Teams (ca. 7 Mitarbeitende)
- Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Sicherstellung einer klaren Führungsstruktur
- Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu den Fachbereichen (Business Partnering)
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen in Geschäftsprozessen
- Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Business-Applikationen
- Erstellung und Umsetzung einer Applikations-Roadmap
- Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Applikationsumfeld
- Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister - auch in Englisch
