Business Transformation Services (BTS)

BTS is the management consulting unit within SAP that assists customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their business. We support customers with their cloud transformation projects, supporting them in AI and intelligent automation adoption.

At BTS, you act as trusted advisors and support customers with their cloud transformation projects from a business perspective and the corresponding IT capabilities. You work with a variety of experts in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

• Develop and put into practice business capabilities and IT strategies toward a digital transformation.
• Prepare investment decisions based on value assessments and business case examinations.
• Develop best‑fit SAP cloud platform and application architecture and create transformation roadmaps.
• Support large customer transformation processes as a transformation manager and adviser.
• Advise customers on AI‑enabled business transformation opportunities and the adoption of intelligent, autonomous business processes across the enterprise.

We are looking for advisory‑mindful colleagues with solid industry, process and SAP product and architecture experience from a multi‑national environment.

• Enterprise architecture and at least 10 years of experience in the SAP advisory field.
• Strong understanding of current Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and intelligent automation trends and their application in enterprise transformation scenarios.
• Experience in self‑managed project work at customer, with high focus on customer orientation.
• The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables.
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt in a new environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and hold high‑impact presentations.
• Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading panels and discussions.
• Can‑do attitude.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
