- Support in piloting and testing innovative ideas and cutting‑edge technologies across the group
- Help build and maintain internal innovation community networks across the Lufthansa Group
- Support project management activities (tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, preparing briefings)
- Support stakeholder communication and alignment across different business units
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of innovation formats and processes
- Help track KPIs and the impact of innovation initiatives

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an "HF" Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in any area
- Enthusiasm for innovation, aviation, and technology
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in working with diverse, international teams and stakeholders
- Experience with coordinating and organizing events is preferred but not required
