Schibli-Gruppe sucht einen IT Support Engineer, der als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen fungiert und Störungen selbständig analysiert und behebt. Sie arbeiten im Team, verbessern Prozesse und unterstützen Onsite-Services vor Ort.
Zu den Aufgaben gehört das Monitoring, der Wissensaustausch im Team sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Support-Prozesse. Erwartet wird eine abgeschlossene Informatiker-Ausbildung und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
