Mein Luxus Reisen AG is a Switzerland-based premium mobility and travel company operating professional passenger transport and selected freight services. To ensure full regulatory compliance and safe transport operations, we are seeking an External, Licensed Traffic Manager (Verkehrsleiter) on a Mandate basis
.

• Legal and professional responsibility as External Traffic Manager in accordance with Swiss law
• Ensuring compliance with ASTRA, ARV, SVG, CZV and applicable EU regulations
• Oversight of driving and rest times, working hours, and safety requirements
• Professional supervision of drivers and transport operations
• Responsibility for vehicle compliance (registration, inspections, maintenance oversight)
• Acting as primary contact for Swiss authorities and control bodies
• Ensuring all licenses, permits, and mandatory documentation are valid and up to date
• Advisory support to management on transport and compliance matters

• Valid Swiss Traffic Manager (Verkehrsleiter) License for passenger and/or freight transport
• Proven experience in road transport, mobility, or logistics
• Strong knowledge of Swiss transport and labor legislation
• Reliable, independent, and compliance-focused working style
• Ability to assume Actual Operational Responsibility.
• German required
