VIP Cabin Attendant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join a private BBJ operation based in Bratislava. This is a single Flight Attendant operation suited to a highly professional, discreet, and service‑oriented individual who is able to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and onboard presentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a premium experience for principals and guests, ensuring exceptional service, strong attention to detail, and consistent support of all onboard safety and service requirements.

Role
  • Ensure Safety and Operational Excellence Onboard:
    The successful candidate will support the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations while ensuring that all onboard safety standards and regulatory requirements are consistently maintained. This role plays an important part in upholding operational discipline and service excellence throughout each stage of the journey.
  • Deliver a Premium Cabin

    Experience:

    The role is responsible for providing a high‑end, discreet, and personalized service experience for principals and guests. The successful candidate will help create a professional, welcoming, and refined onboard environment aligned with the standards of private aviation.
  • Manage Cabin Readiness and Presentation:
    The successful candidate will complete all pre‑flight, inflight, and post‑flight duties in a timely and professional manner. This includes ensuring excellent cabin presentation, cleanliness, inventory management, and overall readiness at all times.
  • Coordinate Catering, Inventory, and Passenger Preferences:
    The role includes managing catering arrangements, stock control, and onboard service delivery in accordance with company standards and passenger expectations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs will be key to ensuring a seamless onboard experience.
  • Maintain Documentation and Compliance Standards:
    The successful candidate will complete all required operational documentation in line with company procedures and maintain all personal travel and operational documents in current and valid status. This requires a high level of accuracy, discipline, and professionalism.
  • Operate with Independence, Discretion, and Professionalism:
    As this is a single Flight Attendant operation on a BBJ aircraft, the role requires the ability to work independently and take full ownership of the cabin environment. A high degree of discretion, flexibility, and sound judgment is essential in this private flight setting.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in Corporate or Business Aviation Service:
    The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in private, corporate, or business aviation and understands the service and operational expectations of a highly personalized flight environment. Previous First Class and/or Business Class service experience with an international airline is essential.
  • Service‑Oriented and Highly Professional:
    The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional service standards, strong attention to detail, and a polished, professional presence. A discreet and reliable approach, combined with a strong sense of accountability, is essential in delivering a consistently premium experience.
