Main Responsibilities:
Prioritising and scheduling works in line with system requirements Coordinating jobs based on engineer location, availability and qualifications Responding promptly to emergency callouts and meeting SLA requirements Managing queries arising from scheduled works and escalating where necessary Providing engineers with clear instructions to minimise repeat visits Ensuring customers receive all relevant information relating to their works Handling incoming customer calls and directing enquiries appropriately Completing and updating Excel spreadsheets Assisting with reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls Updating the company system and ensuring timely invoicing of completed works
