Our Food Technical Degree Apprenticeship involves spending 3-years rotating between teams in our Food Technology function, developing new skills and working towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant career within our unique food retail business.

There are several schemes to choose from, including Corporate, Manufacturing, Retail, Food Technical. All of them are crafted to help you develop by learningonthe job, taking responsibility for people and projects, and working towards a fully funded qualification.

We also offer a 2-year Finance Apprenticeship designed to help develop your knowledge and financial skills whilst working towards a Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician CIMA qualification. Throughout the programmeyou'llenjoy getting paid for doing a real role. Learn about each of our technical teams, spending time in a variety of roles, to develop your food manufacturing knowledge and leadership skills.

Responsibilities you could take on during the scheme include:

• Providing support at our Flowerworld manufacturing site at peak trading times, such as Valentines or Mother’s Day
• Working closely with production teams to understand how they run and the impact they make
• Working with our Technical Systems Manager to understand product specifications, write procedures and develop existing systems

Working Week: This role involves early starts, late finishes, night shifts and working weekends and Bank Holidays. It’s hard work for sure. But it’s also very rewarding. Every day is different and we’ll support you every step of the way. Shifts to be confirmed.
