We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented LTL Associate to join our team in Knightdale, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various packaging and material handling tasks to ensure efficient and accurate processing of products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a fast and consistent pace.

• Perform packaging tasks including wrapping and strapping pallets to secure products.
• Take accurate measurements and weights of products to ensure proper documentation.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and condition.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Use scanning devices to track inventory and shipments.
• Pick trim materials as required for packaging and shipping.
• Lift items weighing in excess of 50 lbs. regularly.
• Maintain a fast and consistent work pace while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Rotate between departments as needed to support operational needs.
• Work on Saturdays as needed to meet business demands.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
• Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Flexibility to rotate between departments.
