• You’ll merchandise brands you know and love in a variety of categories.
• Variety in job tasks—no repeats every day.
• Independence in day‑to‑day work.
• Training and certification provided by retail experts.

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to ensure shelves look the best.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions so client products stand out.
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone and text.

• Own your store(s); be the face of Premium, building relationships over time.
• Enjoy working independently while remembering you’re an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
• Leverage the support of and share best practices with our Walmart team nationwide via closed social media groups and other channels.
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions closely to ensure accuracy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report your work the same day you complete it.

• Access to reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
• A smartphone with data connectivity to report and upload photos.
