General Management Support Officer
To provide a comprehensive clerical, administrative support to the manager and staff at Cottage View residential home.
To be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate good communication skills and handling of sensitive information
Main duties of the jobPlanning and Design-Diaries ,appointments filing etc
Non-Clinical
- Assist the manager with all aspects of the facilities management
Improvment and Monitoring
- Entering all internal audits, coordinating works and maintenance for the home with Estates team
Clinical
- Liase with pharmacy to order and schedule delivery of medication
Finance and Budget
- Using oracle for ordering supplies etc
Management Support- keeping a check on staff training, PADR's DBS updates
Digital and information
- Booking in residents and use of the WCCIS system
Updating occupancy and reports for Powys County Council and Powys Health Board
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;

Person Specification Education- Educated to NVQ3 level or equivalent in administration
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of working with sensitive and confidential data and to have good computer skills
- A knowledge of working in an office environment
- Good Communication
