• Deliver engaging and practical sessions to develop employability and vocational skills
• Provide feedback, track progress, and help learners achieve their goals
• Support learners’ confidence, personal development, and motivation
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues and local employers to provide meaningful learning experiences

• Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
• Passion for supporting learners to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence with IT for lesson planning and records
• Bonus:
  Previous employability teaching experience

• 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 with service
