Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team  will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive.

You will be using the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for. Prestemede has an excellent reputation as highly valued provider of care. The needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do every single day.

• As a Team Leader, you’ll have previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Complete or work towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Build strong relationships with service users, their families, health care professionals, and your Line Manager; keep residents’ needs and progress well-documented.
• Follow guidelines and policies; write up care plans with good written skills.
• Contribute to providing the highest standard of care and support for service users and their families.

• Experience in residential care for older people.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Salary: £14.38 per hour
