Join Our Team We're looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual to join our growing NFU Mutual insurance agency in Knighton.

We carefully balance delivering excellent service to our customers whilst ensuring the business is run effectively. As a mutual, supporting our customers and paying their claims comes first.

- Providing outstanding service to new and existing customers via phone, email and face-to-face conversations.
- Handling customer enquiries, policy changes and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Supporting customers with a range of personal insurance products, including motor, home and other personal lines policies.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and advice.
- Identifying opportunities to discuss additional products and services that may benefit customers.
- Assisting with quotations, policy administration and general office tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration or insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional and confident manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage a varied workload.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the insurance industry.
- A proactive approach and a strong team ethic.
Experience with in insurance is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
