Talent Guardian is partnered with a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Knighton, Wales, recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain plant reliability and minimise downtime in a fast-paced environment.
You will carry out preventive and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and support continuous improvement while mentoring operators and engineers, working within H&S and quality standards.
