Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer, Trainee Maintenance Engineer, apprentice engineer or similar with experience or training in maintenance, looking to join an established company offering on-the-job training, long-term progression, and uncapped overtime?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established manufacturing business where you will receive hands-on training on specialist production machinery while developing your skills long term. You will work within a busy production environment, supporting experienced engineers and helping to keep machinery running efficiently.

In this varied role, you will perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across production equipment and site machinery. You will support fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and work closely with production teams to help minimise downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer or similar who is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift role, on-the-job training, progression, and uncapped overtime paid at time and a half.

The Role:

* Assisting with PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment and site machinery

* Supporting fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and general maintenance duties

* 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 1 week days 6:00am - 6:00pm, then 1 week nights 6:00pm - 6:00am

The Person :

* Junior Maintenance Engineer, Trainee Maintenance Engineer, Apprentice engineer or similar

* Experience or training in manufacturing, production machinery, or maintenance

* Commutable to Knighton
