Site Engineer - Own Kit

We are currently recruiting for a number of experienced Site Engineers to work on a construction project in Knottingley.

YOU NEED YOURE OWN KIT FOR THIS ROLE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering requirements on site, working alongside the Site Manager and wider project team.

Site Engineer duties will include:

• Setting out and surveying works on site

• Checking line, level and dimensions

• Working from construction drawings and specifications

• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate site records

• Completing as-built surveys and associated documentation

• Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors and other engineers

• Identifying and resolving technical issues on site

• Ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with specifications

Site Engineer requirements:

* Must have own Kit

* Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on UK construction projects

* Strong setting-out experience

* Experience using total station/GPS surveying equipment

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Good understanding of construction site health and safety

* Relevant engineering qualification or demonstrable industry experience

* Valid CSCS card
