- Up to £31,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience
- Full‑time, Permanent – 40 hours per week

- Deliver and facilitate learning activities, workshops, and programmes aligned to organisational priorities and local workforce needs.
- Provide accessible, regionally tailored learning support to colleagues and managers, ensuring development solutions are practical and impactful.
- Support regulatory and compliance training, including SSSC and SVQ requirements in Scotland.
- Partner with managers to identify learning priorities within their teams and design responsive interventions.
- Support the embedding of career pathways and competency frameworks across Real Life Options.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and resources to managers to enable effective team and individual development planning.
- Support leadership and management development initiatives at local and regional levels.
- Promote professional qualifications and apprenticeship pathways, ensuring take‑up and completion are supported.
- Evaluate the impact of learning interventions using feedback, data, and performance outcomes.
- Contribute insights to the People Development Manager on emerging skill needs and workforce trends.
- Maintain accurate training records and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Build effective relationships with local managers, regional leaders, and external learning providers.
- Act as an ambassador for learning and development across the region, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of group‑wide learning frameworks, programmes, and systems.
- Significant experience in learning and development or people development within a complex, multi‑site organisation
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in delivering and evaluating learning programmes
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship‑building skills
- Confident in using learning management systems and digital learning tools
- Well‑organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A minimum of 33‑days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time staff)
