Position
:
Full‑time Clinic Certified Medical Assistant – working weekdays and occasional Saturdays under the supervision of a physician. This role supports physicians and other providers to deliver high‑quality care to clinic patients.

• Room patients, identify and document chief complaint, allergies, and medications.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other assessments.
• Summarize assessment data, document, and share with provider.
• Provide immunizations, injections, and medications under provider supervision.
• Assist with prescription refills under provider direction.
• Perform preventive health screenings and nursing treatments.
• Assist with patient examinations.
• Perform detailed documentation, patient, and family education.
• Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development across the lifespan.
• Ensure patients are seen in an orderly and fair manner.
• Explain delays and waiting times.
• Ensure acutely ill or injured patients are triaged and seen first.
• Notify patients of lab/imaging results.
• Complete room outdate checks and restock exam rooms.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant from an accredited organization.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
• Current BLS and mandatory reporter certification.
• Completion of all annual competency training and maintenance of license or certification.
