• Provide therapeutic treatment in accordance with patients’ established plans of care, focusing on functional and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor patients' progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
• Participate in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Assist Occupational Therapist in establishing restorative nursing programs and support comprehensive care efforts.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records.

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license to practice in the applicable state.
