Accounting​/Admin Clerk

The Copper Cellar Corporate Office is looking for an Accounting/Admin Clerk. We are looking for a bright and personable individual to join our high-volume accounting department. This position supports the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments. Previous experience in bookkeeping is a must. Office hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am-2:00 pm.

• Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy and proper codes
• Input and review vendor invoices and statements
• Input and review general ledger entries
• Manage monthly bank account reconciliations
• Basic data entry and data base management
• Perform shared office tasks including answering a multi-line phone system, responding to emails, processing mail, A/P filing, etc.
• Other projects, as assigned

• At least 2 years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Keen attention to detail ensuring accurate completion of given tasks
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Advanced knowledge in Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.

The pay rate starts at $16.00 per hour. Pay rate is based on experience.
