Staff Source partners with a well established manufacturer in West Knoxville to hire a Controller. This is a working manager role where you lead a small accounting team while staying hands-on in daily work.
You will own account reconciliations and the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, drive process improvements, and partner closely with operations to maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment. CPA/CMA and Epicor ERP experience are a plus.
