Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager based in Knoxville, TN. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office resources and equipment, coordinate schedules, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring office expenditures, maintaining office environment, and supporting staff with administrative needs to ensure efficient workflows and a productive workplace. The Office Manager will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external communications, providing annual performance reviews and assisting with conflicts/concerns as they arise.

  • Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
  • Experience managing and maintaining office equipment
  • A professional approach to customer service and interaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a law firm required
  • Prior legal assistant/paralegal experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Clio is preferred
