- Financial Management & Accounts Receivable:
Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of all accounts receivable functions, including processing transactions and payments, and ensuring proper handling and distribution of company funds. This includes conducting job costing by allocating labor and material. Furthermore, this also includes Journal Entries and Bookkeeping. - Office Administration & Maintenance:
Oversees the general management of office activities, ensuring a well-maintained and organized office environment. This includes supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines), as well as managing the purchase of office supplies and furniture in adherence to budgetary restrictions. - Project and Operational Support:
Provides assistance with various projects, addressing issues related to jobs, contracts (including clearances), training, safety, and managing rental equipment. This role also supports payroll processing and counter sales as needed. - Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Develops and fosters positive and professional relationships with customers, vendors, and internal employees to support smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
