BMW Service Advisor

BMW Service Advisor – Grayson BMW, Knoxville, TN

We have an immediate opening for a BMW Service Advisor with Luxury/High Line Experience. Only candidates with Luxury/High Line Experience will be considered.

• Serve as the center of communication for service/repair activities and act as liaison between customers and technicians.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, listening and thoroughly understanding customer problems.
• Arrange for appropriate service/repairs and set/manage expectations between customers and technicians regarding service delivery.
• Ensure customers know what repairs are needed and what maintenance is recommended.
• Coordinate to guarantee the vehicle is repaired correctly the first time and in the shortest time possible.

• High school diploma or GED with some post‑secondary automotive training or experience.
• At least one year of dealer‑level or large facility experience.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong technical and customer service performance record.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work productively in a fast‑paced team environment.
