• Analyze industry and consumer trends to shape category strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop long‑term plans and promotional strategies for food & beverage products that drive revenue.
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and theatre teams to expand offerings and maintain quality standards.
• Forecast demand, manage budgets, and optimize inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor performance and recommend strategic actions to boost sales and enhance customer experience.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.
