Overview

Area Sales Manager - Knoxville

As a Digital Sales Consultant for Capital One Auto Finance, you will partner closely with a defined set of automobile dealerships, providing consultative guidance to help each dealer achieve its operational objectives. Build relationships with business owners and decision makers to drive adoption of our lead-generation products and lending solutions. As the primary point of contact for each dealer, you will manage end-to-end activities related to product adoption including product presentation, dealership training, and monitoring dealer performance.

Backed by Capital One Auto Finance’s leadership in automotive financing and our role as a tech leader in the industry, you will join a team expanding its footprint across dealership sales and financing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with key decision makers at each dealer location
  • Maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finance’s leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender
  • Be a product expert across our digital lead-generation platform and provide solutions that help dealers achieve their sales objectives
  • Deliver sales presentations and facilitate dealer training to drive product adoption
  • Be innovative, organized, and driven to achieve extraordinary business results while providing best-in-class service to each dealer
  • Create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement based on data and sales metrics
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive cohesion and operational excellence

Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications:
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
    • At least 1 year of financial services experience or business-to-business sales
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1+ year of experience representing lead-provider products and solutions
    • 1+ year of experience in the automotive financing or advertising media industries

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon hours worked. Salaries for other locations will reflect the pay range for that location in the offer letter.

Sales Territory: $108,200 - $144,300 for Area Sales Manager

This role is also eligible to earn incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
