• Establish and communicate a compelling product vision for the Client Portal aligned with the employer's mission and strategic goals
• Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather insights and deliver high‑quality features
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision‑making and product development

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
