We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent / Site Manager to oversee deck and outdoor living projects with our team. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and compliance, perform detailed quality inspections, and serve as the key point of contact for clients on-site. This role is ideal for someone currently working in construction who’s ready to take on more responsibility, or someone eager to learn and grow with a company that values professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow
- Perform quality inspections to ensure projects meet our standards
- Maintain safety and compliance on every project
- Provide clients with regular updates and confidence in the process
- Use simple digital tools (cell phone, Company Cam for photos, Job Tread for notes/updates)
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with crews and clients
- Comfort using a smartphone and apps to upload photos, document progress, and share updates
- Construction knowledge and a desire to learn more

Compensation: $42 - $46 yearly
