The Creative Print Services team supports teams across WBD by providing timely and efficient delivery and installation of high-quality printed materials. The Creative Creative Print Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing customer service, design, and production to fulfill small and large format print requests, basic graphic design services, and large format graphics installation.
Your Role Accountabilities- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives in a timely manner.
- Complete large and small format printing requests and finishing of prints (i.e., trimming, folding, mounting, laminating and binding).
- Perform basic design requests and page layouts as well as pre-press related items to prep files for production.
- Assist with installation of large format graphics (occasional domestic travel required).
- Complete job tickets and monthly reporting to track work.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on all shop equipment.
- Track and supply an order list to management for materials for large and small format printing and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Background/experience in print production, graphic design, videography, or photography
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design
- High school or equivalency diploma
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in performing daily tasks
- Ability to multitask and produce a quality product within a tight timeline
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Must work well in a team-based setting
Strength to perform average lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasionally over 70 pounds; arm, hand, and finger dexterity with both hands involved in such activities as setting up and operating printing equipment; and good eyesight.
TravelMust be willing to travel up to 25%.
