Creative Print Services Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the printing and graphic design industry, is seeking a Creative Print Services Coordinator to join their team. As a Creative Print Services Coordinator, you will be part of the Creative Print Services team supporting various internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Creative Print Services Coordinator

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00.
client is open to considera Junior or Coordinator type - someone who is looking to get into graphic design or print production

What's the Job?

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives in a timely manner.
• Complete large and small format printing requests and finishing of prints (e.g., trimming, folding, mounting, laminating, binding).
• Perform basic design requests and page layouts, as well as pre-press file preparation for production.
• Assist with installation of large format graphics, including occasional domestic travel.
• Complete job tickets and monthly reports to track work and ensure quality standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Background or experience in print production, graphic design, videography, or photography.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
